Madison House is an active lifestyle home providing housing, twenty-four-hour care, and assistance with cooking, dressing, bathing, transportation, exercise, and general day-to-day tasks. The facility will provide a comprehensive range of services designed to offer a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment for seniors who may need assistance with some activities but wish to maintain some level of independence. The facility will offer comfortable amenities, and the boutique homes are designed to be eco-friendly, providing the latest technology without the latest digital and chemical pollution. Residents will live in a clean environmentally conscious home with outdoor spaces that allow contemplation, gardening and exercise. The owners know that by focusing on preventative health and wellness, the residents can live long, active, and healthy lives in an environment that adds dignity, respect, independence and the human interaction they deserve. Upon joining MH, the residents receive a comprehensive health consultation with the co-owner/functional medicine nutritionist. In this session they will discuss the resident’s current health, review blood work and genetic markers in order to set health goals and create a meal plan that revitalizes the resident’s lifestyle. They will also have an appointment with the co-owner/outreach and social care advocate to discuss their needs and goals for social engagements and community involvement. Caregivers will be available to assist residents with their daily needs. The services provided are structured around the individual needs of each resident, ensuring personalized care and attention. The care team will consist of trained and compassionate staff members who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Core services include:
Personal Care: Assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Personal care is provided by skilled caregivers.
Meals and Nutrition: Nutritious meals are prepared each day by experienced kitchen staff. They are tailored to the dietary needs and preferences of each resident. Snacks and hydration are also provided throughout the day.
Housekeeping and Laundry: Regular housekeeping services to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment, including personal laundry services for residents. Assistance with activities such as making beds, removing trash, and keeping floors clean and clutter free.
Health and Wellness Programs: Activities and programs designed to promote physical health and well-being, including exercise, wellness education, and physical therapy support services as needed.
Social and Recreational Activities: A diverse calendar of events and activities to foster community engagement and ensure that residents have opportunities for enjoyment and social interaction. Family and visitors are welcome to visit residents in their private rooms and/or in common areas of the house.
24/7 Security and Emergency Response: Round-the-clock security and emergency response systems, ensuring peace of mind for both residents and their families.
